Mr. Leung has extensive experience in criminal litigation, with defence work covering various offenses including white-collar crime, corruption, money laundering, theft, obtaining property by deception, fraud, blackmail, criminal intimidation, using false instruments, common assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, wounding, dishonest or criminal use of computers, dangerous driving, careless driving, possession of dangerous drugs, trafficking in dangerous drugs, indecent assault, sexual intercourse with girls under 16, voyeurism, possession of child pornography, unlawful filming of intimate parts, and more. He is also experienced in negotiating with law enforcement for non-prosecution, applying to the Department of Justice for bind-over, and plea negotiations (e.g. dangerous driving to careless driving, more serious wounding charges to lesser wounding charges).
